TalentFlow
An interview preparation system that helps managers review applications, identify areas that need clarification, and conduct more consistent prescreens and interviews.
The operational problem
Managers need structure before the first candidate conversation begins.
Reviewing applications, identifying missing information, preparing prescreen questions, and creating interview materials takes time. The quality of that preparation can vary from one manager or location to another.
TalentFlow creates a consistent starting point. It surfaces strengths, concerns, employment gaps, availability questions, and other areas that may need clarification without making the employment decision.
One guided workflow
From application to a complete candidate packet.
Prescreen call script
Interview guide
Communication templates
Manager control
Structure the preparation without replacing human judgment.
TalentFlow organizes the information a manager needs before a prescreen or interview. When information needs closer attention, it calls for manager review and explains what should be clarified. The manager reviews every guide and owns every hiring decision.
Surface strengths, concerns, gaps, and useful focus areas.
Read and adjust every conversation guide before use.
Keep the final hiring decision with the manager.
Configured for the business
The system follows the company’s hiring process instead of inventing one.
The current version is configured around Mister Car Wash prescreen and interview materials. Those guides shape the questions, job requirements, manager prompts, and candidate communication.
The workflow can be adapted for another organization by replacing the hiring standards, approved questions, role requirements, and communication guidance with that company’s own materials.
Current build
A complete first workflow with clear validation work remaining.
The prototype supports application upload, candidate analysis, a structured prescreen script, an interview guide, communication templates, packet printing, manager personalization, and configurable site context.
Generated content has not yet completed hiring manager or human resources validation. The project remains in development.
